Als horizontaal ontworpen unit en met brandwerende isolatie A1 (M0) is de Flatair ideaal voor installatie in een vals plafond, waarbij de architectuur van het gebouw behouden blijft. Deze unit is verkrijgbaar als complete eenheid of als splituitvoering en kan worden geleverd met verschillende luchtstroomconfiguraties, zodat hij perfect aan elke gebouwstructuur kan worden aangepast.
